Considering what the ecosystem should be
- Separation of cooperation and competition areas.
- The purpose is to bring together multiple companies to accomplish difficult things in one company.
Consider ecosystem element functions (tools, authentication, auditing, insurance, etc.) and interfaces between functions and rules.
Summarize the details of what each function should be.
Consideration and implementation support for certification systems
Examination and implementation of educational programs and qualification programs
Collaboration with other related organizations (including overseas)
